Instructions
- Sear the chicken in a large skillet with oil until cooked through.
- Sear the gnocchi in the same skillet until golden, then add water until tender.
- Make the pesto cream sauce by sautéing garlic in butter, adding cream and pesto.
- Combine the chicken and gnocchi into the sauce, stir in lemon juice and zest, and heat through.
Notes
Store leftover gnocchi and sauce separately to prevent sogginess.
