Ingredients
- One large head of broccoli, chopped into bite-sized florets
- Olive oil
- Fresh minced garlic
- Salt & black pepper
- Parmesan cheese
- Lemon zest
Instructions
- Chop the broccoli into small, even florets and wash and dry them thoroughly.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Coat the broccoli and add Parmesan.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F. Lay the broccoli in a single layer and air fry for 5-6 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Sprinkle lemon zest and additional Parmesan on top before serving.
Notes
Cut the broccoli evenly for uniform cooking.
Ensure the florets are completely dry to achieve maximum crispiness.
Customize by adding red pepper flakes or smoked paprika for extra flavor.
