Ingredients

  • One large head of broccoli, chopped into bite-sized florets

  • Salt & black pepper
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Lemon zest

Instructions

  • Chop the broccoli into small, even florets and wash and dry them thoroughly.
  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Coat the broccoli and add Parmesan.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F. Lay the broccoli in a single layer and air fry for 5-6 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  • Sprinkle lemon zest and additional Parmesan on top before serving.
