Description

  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Olive oil spray, to taste

Instructions

  • Pat dry the chicken breasts with paper towels.
  • Mix minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Add olive oil to form a paste.
  • Combine freshly grated Parmesan cheese and panko breadcrumbs in another bowl.
  • Coat each chicken breast with the seasoning mix, then dip in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Arrange coated chicken in the air fryer basket, spray lightly with olive oil.
  • Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
