Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup ketchup or barbecue sauce (optional for topping)

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, milk, egg, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Shape the mixture into a loaf on parchment paper.
  • Cook the loaf in the air fryer for 30 to 35 minutes, checking for 165°F internal temperature.
  • Spread glaze on top during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
