- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup ketchup or barbecue sauce (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, milk, egg, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf on parchment paper.
- Cook the loaf in the air fryer for 30 to 35 minutes, checking for 165°F internal temperature.
- Spread glaze on top during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
- Rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
