These Baileys Chocolate Truffles are a delightful blend of chocolate, cream liqueur, and biscuits. With no baking required, you can easily whip up these mouthwatering treats for any occasion, from parties to cozy nights in.

- 400 g biscuits nice / biscoff / graham crackers / tennis
- 1 can (13oz / 375g) condensed milk
- â…“ cup (50g) cocoa powder
- 4 tablespoons baileys original cream liqueur
- ½ cup coconut for coating the truffles
- ½ cup chocolate sprinkles for coating the truffles
Instructions
- Crush the biscuits in a large ziploc bag using a rolling pin or pulse them in a food processor until they form crumbs.
- Transfer the crumbs to a mixing bowl.
- Add condensed milk, cocoa powder, and Baileys to the biscuit crumbs.
- Mix everything thoroughly using your hands.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, shape the mixture into balls the size of glass marbles.
- Roll each ball in coconut or chocolate sprinkles and place them in paper cases.
- Keep the truffles chilled in the refrigerator until it's time to serve.
Notes
Adjust the coating as per preference; you can mix coconut and chocolate sprinkles together.
Let the truffles sit out for a few minutes before serving for better texture.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
