- 8 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 ½ teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Remove the chicken thighs from the fridge and let them come to room temperature. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
- In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper to create the spice blend.
