Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 4 oz brie cheese
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbsp candied pecans (optional)
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a mini muffin tin.
  • Roll out puff pastry and cut into 12 squares.
  • Press each square into muffin cups to form shells.
  • Place a cube of brie in each pastry cup.
  • Top with cranberry sauce, filling the cups well.
  • Sprinkle candied pecans on top, if using.
  • Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until golden and bubbly.
