- 1/3 cup fig jam
- 1/3 cup toasted pecans, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves (optional)

- Flaky sea salt (for finishing)
Instructions
- Toast the pecans in a skillet for 3-4 minutes until golden and fragrant.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a 24-cup mini muffin tin.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 24 squares.
- Press each square into the muffin tin cups to form the cups.
- Place a piece of brie in each cup, top with fig jam, chopped pecans, and thyme if using.
- Bake for 16-17 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
- Cool for a few minutes, drizzle with honey, sprinkle with sea salt, and serve warm.
