Ingredients
- Prosciutto (6 slices)
- Sourdough Bread (1 loaf or baguette, halved)
- Brie Cheese (8 ounces)
- Pistachios (2-3 tablespoons, crushed)
- Hot Honey (2 tablespoons)
- Fresh or Dried Thyme (1-2 teaspoons)
- Sea Salt (½ teaspoon)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange prosciutto slices on the baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until crispy.
- Chop cooled prosciutto into bite-sized pieces.
- Place one half of the sourdough on the lined sheet and evenly distribute sliced Brie over it.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until Brie is bubbling and bread is golden.
- Drizzle hot honey over the melted Brie, sprinkle chopped prosciutto and pistachios, add thyme, and a pinch of sea salt.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
Cool leftovers completely and store in an airtight container for up to 2 days at room temperature.
For longer storage, refrigerate for up to a week or freeze for 3 months, reheating at 350°F.
