Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a 13×9 inch baking pan.
- Melt the butter and bittersweet chocolate in a 3-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and let it cool.
- Once cooled, whisk in sugar and vanilla extract, then add eggs one by one, mixing until smooth.
- Sift together cocoa powder, flour, and salt in a separate bowl, then combine with the chocolate mixture, whisking thoroughly.
- Spread the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-35 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting and serving.
