Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Mix cream cheese, chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, and buffalo sauce in a bowl.
- Roll out puff pastry to a 9×12-inch rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread buffalo chicken mixture over the pastry, leaving a border.
- Brush the border with beaten egg and roll into a log.
- Slice the log into 12 pieces and brush tops with egg.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden.
- Add more buffalo mixture on top and bake for an additional 6-8 minutes.
- Serve with buffalo sauce and ranch dressing.
Notes
Can be prepared 24 hours in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for three days.
Can be frozen before or after cooking; adjust cooking times accordingly.
