Description

Cajun Chicken Loaded Fries combine crispy fries and spiced chicken with melted cheese for a delicious comfort food dish. Perfect for gatherings or cozy nights!

  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce, plus more for drizzling
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Chives, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and spread fries on a baking sheet.
  • Bake fries according to package instructions for about 25 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • Combine chicken with Cajun seasoning and olive oil.
  • Sauté seasoned chicken in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
  • Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, hot sauce, garlic powder, and remaining Cajun seasoning in a bowl.
  • Layer fries on a platter, top with cooked chicken and shredded cheeses.
  • Bake loaded fries for 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Drizzle with hot sauce and garnish with chives before serving.

Notes

For a quicker option, use diced rotisserie chicken instead of raw chicken breasts.
