Description

Candy Cane Fudge is a must-try treat featuring creamy white chocolate mingling with the refreshing crunch of peppermint candy canes, making it perfect for holiday festivities or sweet indulgences.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ cup chopped candy cane pieces

Instructions

  • Line a 9×9 or 8×8 inch baking pan with aluminum foil and spray lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, mix white chocolate chips and condensed milk and heat for 1 minute.
  • Stir and heat for another 30 seconds until smooth; avoid overheating.
  • Add vanilla extract and salt, then fold in chopped candy canes while reserving a handful for topping.
  • Pour the mixture into the pan, spread evenly, and top with reserved candy cane pieces.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours until set.

Notes

For firmer fudge, make sure to chill properly before cutting.
Use quality white chocolate chips for the best taste and texture.
Adjust candy cane pieces to your liking for stronger mint flavor.
