Description

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ¼ cup yellow onion, finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoons hamburger seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 bag (10 to 12 ounces) tortilla chips
  • 1 ½ cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ cup dill pickles, finely diced
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, finely diced
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a skillet, heat vegetable oil and cook ground beef with diced onion until brown; drain excess grease.
  • Stir in yellow mustard, hamburger seasoning, and garlic powder; cook for 2-3 minutes.
