Description

This Chipotle Ranch brings together creamy mayo, sour cream, and zesty chipotle peppers to create an irresistible dressing or dip. It’s quick to make and adds flavor to salads or snacks, making it an ideal choice for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 23 chipotle peppers
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

Instructions

  1. Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, chipotle peppers, dill, parsley, chives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and sugar in a food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add the milk and lime juice to achieve the desired consistency. Use more milk for a pourable dressing and less for a thicker dip.
  4. Blend again to combine and taste to adjust seasonings if needed.
  5. Pour the dressing into a jar and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve. It will keep well in the fridge for up to a week.

Notes

Feel free to add more chipotle peppers for extra heat.
