- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2–3 chipotle peppers
- 1 tablespoon dried dill
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
Instructions
- Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, chipotle peppers, dill, parsley, chives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and sugar in a food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add the milk and lime juice to achieve the desired consistency. Use more milk for a pourable dressing and less for a thicker dip.
- Blend again to combine and taste to adjust seasonings if needed.
- Pour the dressing into a jar and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve. It will keep well in the fridge for up to a week.

Feel free to add more chipotle peppers for extra heat.
