- 1 cup mint oreo cookies, chopped
- 3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup mint chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
- In a medium bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder.
- Cream the softened butter with both sugars in a separate bowl until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla to the butter mixture and mix well.
- Gradually incorporate half of the dry mixture into the wet ingredients, mixing thoroughly. Then add the remaining dry mixture and combine until smooth.
- Fold in the chopped Mint Oreos, milk chocolate chips, and mint chips.
- Scoop out 2 tablespoon-sized balls of cookie dough and place them on the lined baking sheet, ensuring enough space between cookies.

Notes
