Description

These Christmas Cheesecake Tacos combine creamy cheesecake filling in a crispy shell, perfect for holiday celebrations. Enjoy a festive and mouthwatering dessert that’s easy to prepare and sure to impress!


Ingredients

  • 6 flour tortillas
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 8 oz white chocolate
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Christmas sprinkles
  • 1/4 cup crushed candy canes
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C).
  • Cut 3 circles per tortilla using a cookie cutter.
  • Brush each circle with melted butter and mold over an upside-down muffin tin.
  • Bake for 5-6 minutes until lightly golden and cool completely.
  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, sprinkles, and crushed candy canes in a bowl.
  • Melt white chocolate and coat the taco shells, rolling them in the crumb mixture.
  • In a bowl, blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Add heavy whipping cream and beat until thickened.
  • Pipe the filling into taco shells and garnish with sprinkles, candy canes, and M&Ms.

Notes

Make sure cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth filling.
Cool taco shells completely to prevent sogginess.
Use gluten-free options for tart shells and crumb coating if needed.
