- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 8 oz white chocolate
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup Christmas sprinkles
- 1/4 cup crushed candy canes
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C).
- Cut 3 circles per tortilla using a cookie cutter.
- Brush each circle with melted butter and mold over an upside-down muffin tin.
- Bake for 5-6 minutes until lightly golden and cool completely.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sprinkles, and crushed candy canes in a bowl.
- Melt white chocolate and coat the taco shells, rolling them in the crumb mixture.
- In a bowl, blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add heavy whipping cream and beat until thickened.
- Pipe the filling into taco shells and garnish with sprinkles, candy canes, and M&Ms.
