  • Dried Oregano (1/2 tsp)
  • Black Pepper (1/2 tsp)
  • Cayenne Pepper (1/4 tsp)
  • Plain Flour (1/4 cup; 35 g)
  • Large Eggs (2, beaten)
  • Panko Breadcrumbs (1 cup; 65 g)
  • Vegetable Oil (6–8 tbsp)
  • Feta Cheese (7 oz; 200 g, crumbled)

Instructions

  • Mix honey, hot sauce, and chili flakes in a bowl for the glaze.
  • Slice chicken breasts to create thin cutlets.
  • Combine spices in a bowl; split into two portions for flour and Panko.
  • Set up breading stations with seasoned flour, beaten eggs, and seasoned Panko.
  • Heat oil in a skillet; fry chicken cutlets until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Broil chicken with crumbled feta until softened and golden.
  • Drizzle spicy honey glaze over the chicken and serve hot.

Notes
