- 1 lb lump crab meat
- 12 oz cream cheese
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese blend
- â…“ cup sliced green onions
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 1–2 teaspoons hot sauce
- 1 ½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 ½ teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
- 1 teaspoon dried mustard powder
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Combine crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic, lemon juice, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, mustard powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Transfer mixture to a slow cooker, spreading evenly.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 2 to 3 hours, stirring halfway through.
- Before serving, stir again and garnish with additional green onions.
- Serve with baguette slices, vegetable sticks, or your favorite crackers.
Notes
Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature to avoid lumps.
For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise and sour cream.
