- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked and chopped ham
- ¾ cup broccoli (chopped small)
- ¼ cup yellow onion (diced)
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- Optional: chopped parsley or green onion for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until smooth.
- Fold in ham, broccoli, onion, and cheese to the egg mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pie dish and evenly spread it out.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and set; a toothpick inserted should come out clean.
- Let cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serve warm, garnished with herbs.
