Description

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked and chopped ham
  • ¾ cup broccoli (chopped small)
  • ¼ cup yellow onion (diced)
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Optional: chopped parsley or green onion for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish.
  • Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until smooth.
  • Fold in ham, broccoli, onion, and cheese to the egg mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared pie dish and evenly spread it out.
  • Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and set; a toothpick inserted should come out clean.
  • Let cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serve warm, garnished with herbs.

Notes

Use room temperature eggs for a better texture.
