Ingredients

  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Kosher salt
  • Black pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Paprika
  • Dill Pickle Ranch Dressing
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Breadcrumbs

Instructions

  • Mix salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a bowl.
  • Season chicken with the spice mix.
  • Combine Dill Pickle Ranch Dressing and half of the Parmesan cheese, then spread on chicken breasts.
  • Mix remaining Parmesan with breadcrumbs and sprinkle over chicken.
  • Arrange chicken in air fryer and cook at 375°F for 8-10 minutes until internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes before serving and garnish with dill and dressing.

Notes

Chicken thighs can be used but must reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese is preferred for the best flavor.
For oven baking, preheat to 400°F and bake for 20-22 minutes.
