Ingredients
- Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Kosher salt
- Black pepper
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Paprika
- Dill Pickle Ranch Dressing
- Parmesan cheese
- Breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Mix salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a bowl.
- Season chicken with the spice mix.
- Combine Dill Pickle Ranch Dressing and half of the Parmesan cheese, then spread on chicken breasts.
- Mix remaining Parmesan with breadcrumbs and sprinkle over chicken.
- Arrange chicken in air fryer and cook at 375°F for 8-10 minutes until internal temperature of 165°F.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving and garnish with dill and dressing.
Notes
Chicken thighs can be used but must reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese is preferred for the best flavor.
For oven baking, preheat to 400°F and bake for 20-22 minutes.
