Description

This Dumpling Sauce is a swift blend of soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil, creating a flavorful dip that’s ideal for dumplings or rice. Simple to prepare, it’s perfect for quick meals or appetizers!

Ingredients

Scale
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1½ teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 green onion, finely minced
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl or a jar with a lid, combine all ingredients except the water and mix until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, to reach the desired flavor.
  3. Serve with dumplings or drizzle over rice.

Notes

Adjust the water according to your taste preference for a thicker or thinner sauce.
For extra heat, add more sriracha or consider using chili crisp.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
