Description

These Easy Churro Rice Krispie Treats with Cinnamon Sugar Crunch bring together nostalgia and irresistible flavor. Simple to prepare and perfect for sharing, these treats will make any occasion special!


Ingredients

  • 6 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
  • 10 oz Mini Marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/3 cup Granulated Sugar for topping
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon for topping
  • Nonstick Spray or Butter for greasing

Instructions

  • Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat until golden brown, about 5–7 minutes.
  • Reduce heat and add mini marshmallows, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract; stir until melted.
  • Fold in Rice Krispies cereal until well coated with the marshmallow mixture.
  • Gently add remaining mini marshmallows for texture.
  • Press the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking pan without compacting tightly.
  • Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar topping over the warm bars and let cool for 30–45 minutes before cutting.
  • Cut into 16 squares, serve and enjoy!

Notes

For a twist, use gluten-free Rice Krispies if needed.
Adjust the cinnamon sugar topping for personal sweetness preference.
