- 6 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
- 10 oz Mini Marshmallows
- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/3 cup Granulated Sugar for topping
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon for topping
- Nonstick Spray or Butter for greasing
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat until golden brown, about 5–7 minutes.
- Reduce heat and add mini marshmallows, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract; stir until melted.
- Fold in Rice Krispies cereal until well coated with the marshmallow mixture.
- Gently add remaining mini marshmallows for texture.
- Press the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking pan without compacting tightly.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar topping over the warm bars and let cool for 30–45 minutes before cutting.
- Cut into 16 squares, serve and enjoy!
Notes
For a twist, use gluten-free Rice Krispies if needed.
Adjust the cinnamon sugar topping for personal sweetness preference.
