Ingredients

  • Cream Cheese (8 oz)
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese (1 cup)
  • Taco Seasoning Mix (1 packet)
  • Diced Green Chilies (4 oz, drained)
  • Cooked Ground Beef or Turkey (8 oz)
  • Flour Tortillas (4 large)
  • Chopped Fresh Cilantro (2 tbsp, optional)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, shredded cheddar, taco seasoning, and green chilies until smooth.
  • Spread the mixture on a tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly into a log and wrap in plastic wrap.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes to firm up.
