- 4.2 oz. grated mozzarella cheese

- 1 egg, separated

- Honey (for drizzling)
- Cranberry sauce (for dipping)
- Sprig of rosemary (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Combine crumbled feta, grated mozzarella, dried herbs, and egg white in a bowl until mixed.
- Roll out the puff pastry and spread the cheese mixture over the top half, then fold in half and seal edges.
- Slice the folded pastry into strips about ½ inch wide, twist and form into spirals.
- Brush tops with egg yolk and milk mixture, then sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake for 28-32 minutes until golden brown; cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Ensure puff pastry is fully thawed before use to prevent cracking.
Reheat leftovers in a 350°F oven for crispiness.
