- 2 tsp baking powder

- 2 large ripe bananas (mashed)
- 2 large eggs
- â…“ cup plain Greek yogurt
- â…“ cup avocado oil
- 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- â…“ cup chopped pecans or walnuts
Instructions
- Blend dry ingredients until fine flour.
- Mash bananas and mix with wet ingredients until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients gently and fold in chocolate chips and nuts if using.
- Preheat waffle iron and spray with cooking spray.
- Pour batter into the hot waffle maker and cook for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
