Description

These Fluffy & Healthy Greek Yogurt Bagels are quick to prepare and feature a tangy flavor with a delightful texture. Enjoy them warm for breakfast or as a tasty snack, topped as you like!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • Optional toppings: everything bagel seasoning, cinnamon, shredded cheese, garlic & herbs, chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  • In another bowl, whisk Greek yogurt until smooth.
  • Gently fold the yogurt into the dry ingredients until a dough forms.
  • Dust a surface with flour, knead the dough briefly, and shape into bagels.
  • Place on the baking sheet, brush with the egg, and add toppings if desired.
  • Bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
