Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk Greek yogurt until smooth.
- Gently fold the yogurt into the dry ingredients until a dough forms.
- Dust a surface with flour, knead the dough briefly, and shape into bagels.

- Bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
