Instructions
- Cook ground turkey and onion in oil until turkey is no longer pink.
- Add rice, broccoli, and seasonings with milk and broth, cover, and cook until rice is tender.
- Stir in shredded cheddar and top with panko-Parmesan mixture.
- Broil for a few minutes until topping is golden, then serve.
Notes
Ensure broccoli chunks are cut to no larger than 1 inch for even cooking.
Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or frozen for a few months.
