- 1/2 cup oil
- 3 Tablespoons honey
- 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons ground mustard
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Optional sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°F (93°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together oil, honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, ground mustard, onion powder, and salt.
- Break the pretzels into pieces and coat them with the honey mustard mixture in a large bag or bowl.
- Spread the coated pretzels in a single layer on the baking sheet and sprinkle with optional sea salt.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes, until golden and crunchy.
- Allow to cool completely on the baking sheet.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 1–2 weeks.
For extra crunch, reheat in a 300°F oven for a few minutes if they lose crispiness.
