Description

This cold brew coffee stands out with its smooth, rich flavor and easy preparation. Enjoy a delicious homemade coffee experience that’s refreshing and simple!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup coarsely ground coffee (80g)
  • 4 cups cold filtered water (900ml)

Instructions

  1. Combine coarsely ground coffee and cold filtered water in a large jar or pitcher.
  2. Stir gently to ensure all coffee grounds are saturated.
  3. Cover the jar or pitcher and let it steep at room temperature for 12 to 24 hours.
  4. After steeping, strain the coffee through a fine mesh sieve or coffee filter to remove the grounds.
  5. Serve the cold brew over ice and enjoy!

Notes

Store any leftover cold brew concentrate in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
For a smoother taste, use a coffee filter when straining.
Dilute cold brew concentrate with water or milk to suit your preference.
