Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cups almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen fruit (pineapple, mango, strawberry, etc.)
  • 1 banana (frozen)
  • 1 cup kale (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon protein powder
  • ¼ cup greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Add almond milk to a blender.
  2. Include frozen fruit, frozen banana, and kale in the blender.
