Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor.
- Blend for 30-60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Serve immediately topped with a sprinkle of additional cardamom or cinnamon and a fresh mint sprig.
Notes
For a thicker lassi, use less milk or more frozen mango.
If using fresh mango, consider adding a handful of ice cubes for good texture.
Chill in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours for best taste.
