- 113 g (4 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) honey
- 120 ml (½ cup) chopped crispy cooked bacon
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) chopped pecans
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) dried cranberries, chopped
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) fresh rosemary, minced
- 240 ml (1 cup) arugula
- Crackers or crostini for serving
Instructions
- Blend softened goat cheese and cream cheese in a medium bowl until smooth.
- Add honey to the cheese mixture and fold until integrated.
- Mix chopped bacon, pecans, cranberries, and rosemary on a separate plate.
- Scoop cheese mixture onto plastic wrap and shape it into a log.
- Roll the cheese log in the bacon-pecan mixture until well coated.
- Chill the log for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with arugula and serve with crackers or crostini.
