Instructions

- Combine sugar, butter, milk, cocoa powder, and salt in a large saucepan.
- Heat over low until the butter melts, stirring frequently.
- Increase heat to medium and bring the mixture to a boil. Boil for 1 minute and set a timer to avoid overcooking.
- Take off the heat and mix in peanut butter, followed by the oats.
- Scoop onto the prepared sheet pan using a #40 size cookie scoop.
- Allow to cool completely before transferring to an airtight container.
