Description

These Nutella and Hazelnut Palmiers blend a rich Nutella filling with crunchy hazelnuts, offering a quick and delightful treat that’s easy to make and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • Puff Pastry (11 oz)
  • Nutella (4-5 tbsp)
  • Hazelnuts (1/3 cup)
  • Powdered Sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Spread Nutella evenly over the puff pastry.
  • Sprinkle chopped hazelnuts across the Nutella layer.
  • Roll the pastry starting from one end to the center, then do the same from the other side.
  • Chill the rolled pastry in plastic wrap for 30 minutes.
  • Slice the chilled roll into 1/2-inch thick pieces.
  • Arrange slices on the baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes until golden.
  • Cool on a wire rack and dust with powdered sugar.

Notes
