Ingredients
- Oreo Cookies (36 regular)
- Cream Cheese (8 ounces, full-fat)
- Chocolate (12 ounces, semi-sweet or white)
- Vegetable or Coconut Oil (1/2 teaspoon)
- Optional Garnishes: Sprinkles, additional melted chocolate, or Oreo crumbs
Instructions
- Crush the whole Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a rolling pin.
- Mix the Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese until smooth and fully blended.
- Form the mixture into smooth balls, refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Melt chocolate and oil in intervals in the microwave until smooth.
- Dip each ball in melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, and place on parchment paper.
- Chill the dipped balls to set the chocolate.
