Description

This Oreo Balls (Valentine) recipe delivers rich flavors and a simple preparation, blending creamy cheese and chocolate for a delightful treat perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • Oreo Cookies (36 regular)
  • Cream Cheese (8 ounces, full-fat)
  • Chocolate (12 ounces, semi-sweet or white)
  • Vegetable or Coconut Oil (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Optional Garnishes: Sprinkles, additional melted chocolate, or Oreo crumbs

Instructions

  • Crush the whole Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a rolling pin.
  • Mix the Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese until smooth and fully blended.
  • Form the mixture into smooth balls, refrigerate for at least one hour.
  • Melt chocolate and oil in intervals in the microwave until smooth.
  • Dip each ball in melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, and place on parchment paper.
  • Chill the dipped balls to set the chocolate.
