- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1½ cups dry roasted cocktail peanuts
Instructions
- Prepare your baking sheets by lining them with wax paper.
- Melt the semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips with vegetable oil in a microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Cool the melted chocolate to lukewarm, then mix in the marshmallows and peanuts until well-coated.
- Scoop the mixture onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them two inches apart.
- Chill the baking sheets in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or until set.
Notes
Store clusters in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
For longer storage, refrigerate for about two weeks or freeze for up to three months.
