Description

Peanut Marshmallow Clusters are a delightful blend of chocolate, crunchy peanuts, and fluffy marshmallows, perfect for quick snacks or festive gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1½ cups dry roasted cocktail peanuts

Instructions

  • Prepare your baking sheets by lining them with wax paper.
  • Melt the semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips with vegetable oil in a microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  • Cool the melted chocolate to lukewarm, then mix in the marshmallows and peanuts until well-coated.
  • Scoop the mixture onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them two inches apart.
  • Chill the baking sheets in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or until set.

Notes

Store clusters in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
For longer storage, refrigerate for about two weeks or freeze for up to three months.
Consider toasting peanuts for a nuttier flavor.
