Ingredients
Scale
- 14 ounces refrigerated pizza dough
- ¾ cup marinara sauce
- 12 slices pepperoni
- 6 slices deli ham
- ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Dipping sauce of your choice for serving
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- ½ teaspoon italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle, about 12×10 inches and ¼ inch thick.
- Spread marinara sauce evenly on the dough, leaving a ½ inch border around the edges. Top with pepperoni, ham, and mozzarella cheese evenly.
- Starting from the longer side, roll the dough up tightly and pinch to seal the seams. Cut the roll into 12 equal pieces with a serrated knife.
- Place the rolls on the lined sheet pan, spacing them 3 to 4 inches apart.
- Mix the garlic butter ingredients in a bowl and brush the tops and edges of the rolls with some of it.
- Bake the rolls for about 15 minutes, or until they are puffy and golden brown. Once out of the oven, brush with any remaining garlic butter and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For crispy rolls, avoid rolling the dough too thin to maintain their shape.
Don’t overstuff the rolls to prevent collapsing in the oven.
Using a serrated knife helps achieve clean cuts of the rolls.
