- 8 oz milk chocolate melting wafers
- 8 oz white chocolate melting wafers
- 2 tsp coconut oil (divided, 1 tsp per chocolate)
Instructions
- Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread 1 teaspoon of peanut butter on one cracker, top with another cracker to make a sandwich.
- Chill the sandwiches in the freezer for 10–15 minutes.
- Melt milk chocolate with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil and white chocolate with another teaspoon of coconut oil in separate bowls.
- Dip each sandwich into melted chocolate, tap off excess, and place on parchment.
- Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to set the chocolate.
