Description

These Simple Fruit & Yogurt Parfaits with Granola are a perfect blend of creamy greek yogurt, fresh fruit, and crunchy granola. Ideal for quick breakfasts or healthy snacks, they offer a mouthwatering flavor and are simple to prepare. Enjoy a delicious treat that everyone will love!


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup, optional – more as a drizzle
  • ¾ cup plain greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup berries , or any other fruit cut into small 1-inch chunks
  • ¼ cup homemade granola, or store bought granola

Instructions

  • If using a sweetener, combine it with greek yogurt in a small bowl until well mixed.
  • Layer half of the yogurt in the bottom of a mason jar or bowl. Add half of the fruit and half of the granola. Repeat by topping with the remaining yogurt, fruit, and granola.
  • Finish with a drizzle of honey if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

Feel free to customize the fruit and granola to your liking for a different flavor each time.
