This Slow Cooker Baileys Irish Cream Hot Chocolate is a delectable blend of rich chocolate, creamy goodness, and a kick of Irish cream, perfect for celebrations.

- 8 oz. ghiradelli semi-sweet chocolate baking squares
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 6 cups whole milk
- 1 cup baileys® irish cream
- marshmallows or whipped cream
Instructions
- Break up the chocolate squares and place them in the slow cooker.
- Add the remaining ingredients, except for the Baileys Irish Cream.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on HIGH for 1.5 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
- Once the cocoa is hot, stir in the Baileys Irish Cream.
- Set out mugs, whipped cream, and a bowl of marshmallows so everyone can serve themselves.
- Switch the slow cooker to warm, keeping it at a perfect serving temperature for up to 3 hours. Stir often.
Notes
Make sure to use high-quality chocolate for the best flavor.
Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
