- 4 slices American cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup dill pickle chips
- 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
Instructions
- Mix the Sauce: Combine mayonnaise, pickle relish, ketchup, dijon mustard, sugar, white vinegar, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder in a bowl and set aside.
- Prepare the Beef: Divide ground beef into 4 equal portions and form into balls.
- Spread the Beef: Spread one portion of beef evenly over each tortilla and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat the Skillet: Preheat skillet or griddle with neutral oil over medium-high heat.
- Cook the Tacos: Place tortilla with beef side down, press gently, and cook until golden brown for 2-3 minutes.
