Taco Ranch Bites deliver irresistible flavors with seasoned beef, melted cheese, and crunchy tortilla chips. Perfect for parties or game nights, these bites are easy to prepare and sure to impress!

- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 tbsp ranch seasoning
- 1/4 cup water
- 24 mini tortilla scoop chips
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
- 1 small tomato (diced)
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- Sour cream, guacamole, and salsa
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned, about 6-8 minutes.
- Add taco seasoning, ranch seasoning, and water to the beef, stir and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a tray with parchment paper. Place tortilla chips on the tray.
- Fill each chip with the beef mixture, then top with diced tomatoes and cheese.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Garnish with cilantro before serving.
Notes
For a healthier option, use ground turkey instead of beef.
Feel free to customize the cheese type to your liking, such as Pepper Jack for extra spice.
Assemble the bites ahead of time and refrigerate until ready to bake.
