- 480 ml mayonnaise

Instructions
- Prepare a large pot of salted water and boil.
- Cook rotini pasta until al dente; drain and cool slightly.
- Wash and chop broccoli into small florets.
- Finely dice red onion.
- Crumble bacon into bite-sized pieces.
- Mix mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper in a bowl until creamy.
- Toss cooled pasta with broccoli and onion; pour over dressing.
- Mix gently to combine and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- Before serving, top with crumbled bacon.
