Ingredients

  • Boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • Onions or shallots
  • Jalapeño pepper or Thai chili peppers

  • Fish sauce
  • Cornstarch
  • Fresh Thai basil or sweet basil

Instructions

  • Prepare the ingredients: slice bell peppers, mince garlic, dice jalapeño, and slice onions.
  • Make the sauce: combine soy sauce, brown sugar, warm water, cornstarch, and fish sauce in a bowl.
  • Cook the veggies: sauté onion, garlic, and diced peppers in oil until fragrant.
