Description

These irresistible Valentine Breakfast Sliders combine mini pretzel buns with fluffy scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and savory sausage, all topped with gooey cheese. Perfect for a cozy brunch with loved ones, these sliders offer both flavor and charm.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 mini pretzel slider buns
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1 pound ground pork sausage
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy, then transfer to drain on paper towels.
  • In the same skillet, brown the ground sausage until cooked through.
  • Scramble the eggs with milk, salt, and pepper in another skillet until fluffy.
  • Assemble the sliders with pretzel buns, sausage, eggs, bacon, and cheese.
  • Melt butter and mix with maple syrup; brush over the slider tops.
  • Bake sliders for 10-15 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
  • Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm.

Notes

Bacon drippings prevent soggy buns and add flavor.
Use farm-fresh eggs for best taste and texture.
Feel free to make ahead and refrigerate before baking.
