- 3 tubes refrigerated crescent roll dough (227 g each)
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
- Unroll crescent dough into a rectangle, pinching seams tight.
- Spread softened butter over the dough and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Roll the dough tightly from the short end into a log and cut in half lengthwise.
- Coil each half into a spiral and place in muffin cup.
- Repeat with remaining dough tubes. Fill all muffin cups.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Brush with melted butter and roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a gluten-free option, substitute with gluten-free crescent dough.
