Description

This Valentine Peanut Butter Layered Delight features creamy peanut butter and whipped topping layered between a crunchy cookie crust. It’s perfect for any celebration, easy to make, and simply irresistible!


Ingredients

  • 16 ounces peanut butter sandwich cookies
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 cups whipped topping
  • 3.4 ounces instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1.5 cups whole milk
  • 1.5 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter chips
  • 8 reserved whole peanut butter cookies, chopped

Instructions

  • Grease a 9×13 inch glass baking dish and layer peanut butter sandwich cookies at the bottom.
  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 cup of whipped topping until smooth. Spread over cookie layer and chill for 15 minutes.
  • Whisk together pudding mix and whole milk until thick. Fold in 1 cup of peanut butter and 1 cup of whipped topping.
  • Spread the peanut butter mixture over the cream cheese layer and chill again for 15 minutes.
  • Top with 2 cups of whipped topping. Add peanut butter chips and chopped cookies, drizzling with melted peanut butter. Chill before serving.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is softened for easy mixing.
For dairy-free, substitute whole milk with almond or oat milk.
To make gluten-free, use gluten-free peanut butter cookies.
