This Valentine Peanut Butter Layered Delight features creamy peanut butter and whipped topping layered between a crunchy cookie crust. It’s perfect for any celebration, easy to make, and simply irresistible!

- 16 ounces peanut butter sandwich cookies
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3 cups whipped topping
- 3.4 ounces instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1.5 cups whole milk
- 1.5 cups creamy peanut butter
- 0.5 cup peanut butter chips
- 8 reserved whole peanut butter cookies, chopped
Instructions
- Grease a 9×13 inch glass baking dish and layer peanut butter sandwich cookies at the bottom.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 cup of whipped topping until smooth. Spread over cookie layer and chill for 15 minutes.
- Whisk together pudding mix and whole milk until thick. Fold in 1 cup of peanut butter and 1 cup of whipped topping.
- Spread the peanut butter mixture over the cream cheese layer and chill again for 15 minutes.
- Top with 2 cups of whipped topping. Add peanut butter chips and chopped cookies, drizzling with melted peanut butter. Chill before serving.
