- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup sugar cookie mix
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup holiday sprinkles (divided)
- 3–4 ounces of almond bark or white chocolate
Instructions
- Melt together white chocolate chips, sugar cookie mix, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in a double boiler until smooth.
- Stir the melted mixture for 2-3 minutes to ensure everything is well combined.
- Remove from heat, add vanilla extract and half of the sprinkles, and fold them in gently.
- Line a 9×9” baking dish with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
- Transfer the fudge mixture into the prepared dish and smooth it out.
- Press remaining sprinkles into the top.
- Chill the fudge in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours until firm.
- Lift the cooled fudge out using parchment paper, and cut into squares.
- Melt almond bark for drizzling, and drizzle over cut fudge pieces.
- Allow drizzled fudge to cool completely before serving.
Notes
Store fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for about a week, or in the fridge for up to two weeks.
For longer storage, freeze for up to three months, thawing overnight in the fridge before use.
Ensure chocolate chips are fully melted to avoid lumps in the fudge.
