These Valentine’s Day Truffles are a delightful treat combining vanilla Oreos and cream cheese, coated in rich white chocolate, perfect for sharing with loved ones.

- 36 vanilla oreos about 15 ounces
- 1 8- ounce block cream cheese softened
- 14–16 ounces white chocolate melts *see notes
- red oil-based food coloring optional (or powdered)
- sprinkles optional
Instructions
- Prepare a sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- Process the Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese until well mixed.
- Use a 1.5-tablespoon cookie scoop to form truffles and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Roll into smooth balls.
- Freeze the truffles for 30 minutes or refrigerate for an hour.
- Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or a double boiler, stirring until fully melted.
- If coloring the chocolate, add oil-based food coloring drop by drop until desired color is achieved.
- Dip each truffle in the melted chocolate using a fork, coat fully, and tap off excess chocolate before placing back on the sheet.
- For drizzling, chill truffles for about 10 minutes, then decorate as desired.
- Add sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet, and let the chocolate set for about 2 hours.
Notes
Store truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
